Okay, so I grabbed this Echo Show 5 handbook expecting to become an Alexa wizard... and it's been a mixed bag!

The good? The instructions are SUPER clear - like even my tech-challenged Oma could probably set this thing up. It really does unlock all those cool features Amazon advertises.

But here's the tea ☕: Some parts straight up don't match my actual Echo Show 5? Like hello?? First setup option they describe just... doesn't exist on my device. Maybe it's the Alexa app updating in the background or something?

That said - using it as a bedside clock is GENIUS. Being able to just mumble 'Alexa, what time is it?' at 3am when I wake up panicking about life? Priceless.
