So I recently got this COOHAME steering wheel lock after hearing about a spike in car thefts in my area. First impressions? This thing looks MEAN.

The bright yellow color is impossible to miss, which I love. It's like a giant 'back off' sign for thieves. The double hook design feels super sturdy when locked onto my steering wheel.

Installation is a breeze - unlock, hook it on, adjust, and lock. Takes maybe 10 seconds tops. Though I did notice when extended nearly all the way, there's a slight wiggle (but nothing concerning).

What surprised me was the quality. The steel bar feels heavy duty, and that soft plastic coating is genius - no scratches on my wheel! Came with three keys instead of the advertised two, which was a nice bonus.

Does it work? Well, nobody's tried to steal my car yet! But seriously, just looking at this monster makes me think twice about messing with it. That said, I still use it mostly in sketchy areas or overnight parking.

Only gripe? Removing the key can be slightly finicky sometimes. But for the price and peace of mind? Totally worth it.
