The push-button controls are super intuitive (no fancy touchscreens that stop working when your hands are greasy). At max speed, it’s about as loud as a microwave—not silent, but way quieter than my old one that sounded like a jet engine.

Love the dual LED lights! They evenly light up my entire stovetop area. Though I wish they were slightly brighter for midnight snack prep sessions.

Installation was… an adventure. Pro tip: ignore their "template"—just measure the actual unit. I learned this after drilling holes in the wrong spot (oops). But once mounted, it’s rock solid with zero sagging.

The convertible duct/ductless feature is genius. I went ductless with carbon filters (sold separately) since venting outside wasn’t an option. It actually works better than expected at trapping cooking smells!
