Okay, so I finally got around to reading this book after seeing it recommended everywhere. And wow, I wish I'd picked it up sooner!
The way Dr. Gray breaks down the differences between how men and women approach intimacy is mind-blowing. That whole section about panties signaling moods? Hilarious but weirdly accurate (don't @ me).
What really got me was how practical the advice is. Like, who knew that something as simple as holding the door could actually matter in the bedroom department? The communication tips alone are worth the price.
Fair warning though - some parts are SUPER cheesy. My partner and I kept cracking up at some of the 'romantic' suggestions. But hey, if it gets you talking and laughing together, mission accomplished right?
After 5 years together, we thought we had this whole relationship thing figured out. This book proved us wrong (in the best way possible). Our communication has improved so much we're actually considering his other books now.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in a relationship - whether you're struggling or just want to take things to the next level. Just maybe don't read it on your work commute... some chapters get pretty spicy!
