Okay, so I finally caved and bought this dough maker after seeing all the hype online. And let me tell you—it did NOT disappoint!
First off, the fermentation feature is a game-changer. My apartment is basically an igloo, so getting dough to rise was always a struggle. This thing handles it like magic—my bread actually doubles in size now!
The stainless steel bowl is massive (5L!) but surprisingly easy to clean. Just pop off the lid and rinse. Though pro tip: clean it IMMEDIATELY or you’ll have cement-like dough remnants.
It’s quieter than my blender but does rattle a bit when the lid’s on—no biggie though. The only con? The paddle has this tiny screw that’s basically begging to get lost in my junk drawer.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants bakery-level bread without the arm workout. Just don’t overfill it unless you want a dough volcano eruption!
