But here's the tea: That paddle thing? Stuck forever. I've given up trying to remove it and just wash the whole pan now. Also, this machine sounds like a construction site when it's kneading - not ideal if you have light sleepers in the house.

Pro tip: Ignore the included recipe book (it's trash) and find better recipes online. My pizza dough game has never been stronger though - makes perfect crust every time!
