Okay, so I got these sandals for my 8-month-old who's just starting to stand. First impression? ADORABLE. The cotton material is super soft and they look like tiny little sneaker-sandals. My baby didn't immediately try to kick them off (which is a miracle).

The velcro straps are genius - makes diaper changes way easier when I don't have to wrestle with shoes. They're lightweight enough that my baby doesn't even seem to notice them, which is perfect for getting him used to wearing shoes.

BUT... these are definitely NOT outdoor shoes. The sole has zero traction - I learned this the hard way when my little one tried taking wobbly steps on our hardwood floors and went full Bambi-on-ice. Also, they got splashed at the park and turned into soggy messes instantly.

Final verdict? Great as 'first shoes' to get babies accustomed to footwear, but don't expect durability or actual walking support. Would buy again just for the cute factor and ease of use, but only as indoor/transition shoes.
