I've been using the Bamboo Suction Plates & Bowls Set for my 10-month-old for about a month now, and here's my real take on it.
The rainbow divided plate is a game-changer for portion control. I love how I can put veggies in one section, proteins in another, and carbs in the third. My little one actually eats more variety now because the colorful sections make meal time fun!
The suction power is... okay. It sticks well to our highchair tray at first, but my determined toddler can still pry it off after a few minutes of wrestling with it. That said, it does prevent most accidental spills when she just randomly swipes at her plate.
The silicone utensils are perfect for tiny hands - soft enough that she doesn't hurt herself when she inevitably pokes her face, but sturdy enough that she can actually scoop food. We've had zero issues with mold (I make sure to dry them thoroughly after washing), though we did notice some slight peeling on one plate after a particularly enthusiastic scrubbing session.
What surprised me most was how much easier cleanup is compared to plastic plates. Food doesn't stick as badly to the bamboo surface, and stains wipe right off with warm water.
Would I recommend? Yes - with realistic expectations about suction strength. It's not magic, but it's definitely cut down on mealtime messes while being adorable enough that I don't mind leaving it out on our kitchen counter.
