Let me start by saying that the Jexiop 20-inch Smart TV is a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a compact, affordable option perfect for small spaces like kitchens or RVs. The Full HD 1080p resolution delivers decent picture quality with vibrant colors, which I genuinely appreciated while watching cooking shows in my kitchen.
However, the sound quality is downright disappointing. It's tinny and hollow - just like one reviewer said, it sounds like people are talking through a bucket. I found myself constantly reaching for external speakers or headphones to enjoy anything properly.
The setup process was more complicated than expected. While the TV stand eventually went together, it wasn't the smooth experience I'd hoped for. The multiple format support through USB is great in theory (AVI, MP4, MKV etc.), but navigating the menus feels clunky compared to mainstream smart TVs.
The biggest red flag? Customer service seems non-existent based on my research and other users' experiences. When I had questions about HDMI connectivity options (which worked fine for my gaming console but not my cable box), there was simply no support available.
Would I recommend this? Only if you need an extremely budget secondary TV where sound quality doesn't matter and you're comfortable troubleshooting issues yourself. For most people, spending a bit more on a brand with better support would be worth it.
