Okay, so I've been using these FitRight Ultra diapers for my elderly mom for about a month now. Here's the real tea:
First off - the sizing is WACK. The chart said small fits 20-32" waists, but my mom's 105lbs and these were like trying to fit into my middle school jeans. Had to exchange for medium immediately.
The absorbency is actually pretty decent though! They hold way more than I expected - no leaks during daytime use. But here's the weird thing...the tabs keep popping open at night? Like some kind of diaper rebellion. I've resorted to using packing tape (classy, I know) which helps but shouldn't be necessary.
Pro tip: I add an extra Tena pad at night for insurance. Works like a charm!
The material feels nice - soft and not too crinkly loud. The wetness indicator is handy too when you're checking on someone. But seriously FitRight...fix those tabs! And maybe make the sizing more accurate?
Would I buy again? Probably, but only because they're better than most options out there. Just wish they'd live up to their name and actually FIT right.
