I've been using the ENGERWALL Fitness Tracker for a few weeks now, and it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, it's super lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The slim design doesn't get in the way, and I often forget I'm even wearing it.
The heart rate monitor seems pretty accurate based on my manual checks, and I love being able to track my sleep patterns. Seeing how much deep sleep I get (or don't get) has been eye-opening. The blood oxygen readings are a nice bonus feature too.
Battery life has been decent - I get about 4-5 days between charges, which is fine by me. The USB charging is super convenient since I can just plug it into my laptop at work.
Now for the not-so-great parts: The step counter is definitely generous with its counts. I'll check my phone's step counter and see half as many steps. Also, the notifications can be glitchy - sometimes they keep buzzing long after I've checked my phone.
Would I recommend it? If you want basic fitness tracking at a good price, yes. But if you need medical-grade accuracy or seamless smartphone integration, you might want to look elsewhere.
