First off, sizing is tricky. I'm a 200-pound guy, 5'9", and went with a Large based on the chart. It's snug—like, really snug—but that's kinda the point? It's supposed to compress, right? If you're expecting a loose fit, this ain't it.

The material is surprisingly breathable though. I wore it under my gym clothes and even on runs—no suffocation! Sweat-wicking is decent too; didn't feel like a swamp monster afterward.

Now, the 'shaping' part... eh. My chest looks a bit more defined in photos (hello, Instagram angles), but it's not magic. Don't expect six-pack abs overnight. That said, it does help with posture—I caught myself standing straighter without thinking.
