So I've been using these Swanwick blue light glasses for about a month now, and here's my take!

First off, the orange tint is STRONG. Like, walking-around-in-a-permanent-sunset strong. It takes some getting used to, but I actually kinda dig the retro vibe now.

Sleep improvement? Absolutely. I wear them 2 hours before bed while doomscrolling (guilty) and notice I fall asleep way faster. My eyes don't feel like sandpaper anymore either.

The fit is... interesting. Got the small size (petite face problems) and they stay put, but the frames are STIFF. No bending to fit your face - it's their way or the highway.

Pro tip: Don't wear these for color-sensitive work! Tried editing photos while wearing them and let's just say my Instagram feed would've looked like a bad acid trip.

Would I buy again? Probably - despite looking like a futuristic welder, they do what they promise. Just wish they came in more frame styles!
