Okay, so I finally caved and bought this faja after seeing it EVERYWHERE. Here's my honest take after wearing it for a week:

• The compression is NO JOKE. My waist looked insane under a bodycon dress – like instant hourglass magic. The 3-level hooks + zipper combo actually works (though wrestling into it feels like a workout itself).

• Major plus: The crotch opening is a lifesaver! No more awkward shapewear struggles in public restrooms. The lace leg edges stayed put too – no rolling up during wear.

• BUT heads up – sizing is tricky! I’m 5’4”, 185lbs and got Large (based on reviews). It fits, but the shoulders keep sliding. Might size down next time for that ‘extra snatched’ look.

• Fabric feels surprisingly lightweight for how much it compresses. Wore it for 6+ hours to a wedding and only started feeling the squeeze around hour 5 (which… is kinda the point?).

• Zipper held up fine for me, but saw some reviews saying theirs broke. Maybe they improved it in newer batches?
