Okay, so I've been wearing these Odoland slimming shirts for about a month now, and here's my honest take.
First off - the compression is NO JOKE. I went with my usual size (large) and wow, it definitely gives that 'instant slimmer' look under clothes. But heads up - the first time you put it on feels like wrestling an octopus!
The material is surprisingly breathable though. I wore it during workouts and didn't feel like I was suffocating (which happened with other brands). The stitching seems durable too - no loose threads after multiple washes.
Now the not-so-great part: sizing is weird. The armholes are TINY. Like, 'why did they design this for T-rex arms?' tiny. And good luck figuring out front from back without staring at it for 5 minutes.
Biggest surprise? My back pain actually improved! Wasn't expecting that bonus at all. But seriously Odoland, please make the tags more noticeable - I've worn this thing backwards more times than I'd like to admit.
Final verdict: Great for special occasions when you want that extra confidence boost under your clothes, but maybe not an everyday wear unless you enjoy feeling like a packed sausage.
