First off, the touch-free feature is a game-changer, especially with kids around. No more grimy soap bottles! The polished chrome looks sleek in my kitchen, and the battery life seems legit (haven't changed them yet).

BUT... the sensor can be super finicky. Sometimes it dispenses immediately, other times I'm doing interpretive hand dances trying to trigger it. And when it does work? The soap amount is disappointingly small - like 'are-you-serious?' small.

The dripping issue others mentioned? Yup, happens to me too. Wastes soap and makes a mess. Also learned the hard way it doesn't do foam soap (despite what some listings suggest). Major bummer.
