Let me start by saying this all-in-one is a BEAST for multitasking. The 32GB DDR5 RAM? Chef's kiss. I routinely have 30+ Chrome tabs, Photoshop, and Slack open simultaneously with zero lag. The 1TB SSD boots up faster than I can grab my coffee.
The Intel Core i7-13620H processor handles everything from 4K video editing to complex Excel models like a champ. I particularly appreciate that it's not a touchscreen - one less thing to pay for when all I need is a reliable workhorse.
Now the not-so-great: That anti-glare display? More like anti-comfort for my eyes. Even after tweaking brightness and blue light settings, I still get eye strain during marathon work sessions. And the fixed height is problematic - at 5'4", I'm constantly craning my neck unless I perch on phone books (very professional look).
The wired keyboard and mouse are basic but get the job done. Though be warned - with only three USB-A ports, you'll need a hub if you use multiple peripherals like I do (external drive, webcam, etc.). The missing CD drive might bother some, but honestly when was the last time you used one?
Biggest red flag? Quality control seems hit-or-miss based on reviews and my own experience. Mine works perfectly, but others report DOA units or faulty components. Lenovo's customer service appears... inconsistent at best when issues arise.
Bottom line: When it works, it's an exceptional value for power users who need serious performance in a space-saving package. But buy from somewhere with a solid return policy just in case you get a lemon.
