Okay, so I've tried like 5 different smart plugs before this one, and KimPump's version is hands-down the easiest to set up. No weird proprietary apps - just connected to Alexa in seconds!

The voice control is a game-changer when my hands are full of groceries. "Alexa, turn on the lamp" works perfectly every time. Though heads up - it only works with 2.4GHz WiFi (they should really put that in bold on the product page).

What surprised me most was how well it handles scheduling. My coffee maker now turns on automatically at 6:30 AM like magic. Also using it for my dog's water fountain - no more midnight bathroom trips for him!

The app is stupid simple to use. Forgot to turn off the TV? One tap from work and done. Though fair warning - don't overload it with heavy appliances.

At this price point, I'm definitely buying more. Just wish the blue LED light was dimmer for bedroom use!
