What really blew me away? The customer service. My walls have that weird 24" stud spacing (thanks, cheap builder), and these legends sent me extension plates FOR FREE within days. That's some next-level support right there.

The motion is butter-smooth now that I've broken it in. My wife loves how we can angle it perfectly from the kitchen while she cooks (and pretends to watch my shows). The space-saving design means our living room doesn't look like a Best Buy exploded anymore.

Only minor gripe? The template wasn't 100% perfect alignment-wise, but some quick pencil marks solved that. For the price? Absolute steal. This mount could probably hold up my mother-in-law's holiday expectations - and that's saying something.
