Just got my hands on the Dosvsi Anti-Theft Motorcycle Tablet Mount, and here’s my take after a few rides.
The anti-theft feature is cool—I love the lock-and-key design. It feels secure, but let’s be real, I’d never leave my iPad on the bike unattended. The diagonal clip and security screws are neat, though.
Build quality is impressive. High-density plastic and metal parts make it feel sturdy. It fits my handlebar (0.7-1.34 inches) perfectly, and the 360° adjustable arm is a game-changer for visibility.
But here’s the downside: My Samsung Galaxy S8+ (12.4”) didn’t fit—bummer! My smaller tablet worked fine, but thicker cases are a no-go (max 0.51 inches). Also, the handlebar clamp is oddly shaped and takes up too much space on my cruiser bike.
The locking mechanism is simple but effective. Forcing it open would probably damage the tablet, so theft deterrence is decent. Still, a determined thief could just unscrew the mount—so don’t get too comfy leaving it alone.
Verdict: Great for short rides or bikes with space to spare, but not perfect for everyone. 4/5 stars—would’ve been 5 if it fit larger tablets better!
