First off, let's talk about the good stuff. These earplugs are seriously affordable, and the bulk packaging means I won't run out anytime soon. The cord is a lifesaver for someone like me who's always losing things - no more searching for dropped earplugs in my bed!

But oh boy, the smell when I first opened the package... It was like someone bottled up a gas station and stuffed it in this box. Had to air them out for a whole day before daring to put them near my face. Not exactly the relaxing experience I hoped for when buying sleep aids.

The material feels weirdly slick at first - almost like they've been dipped in oil. After washing them though, that weird slimy feeling goes away. They're actually pretty comfortable once you get past the initial ick factor.

Noise reduction is decent but not amazing. They work well enough for blocking out my neighbor's late-night TV, but don't expect complete silence. The cord is handy but annoyingly short - can't comfortably hang them around my neck when not in use.

For the price, they're okay as disposable earplugs. Would I buy again? Maybe if I needed cheap bulk plugs for a one-time event, but not for daily use.
