I recently tried the EGOSAN Super Incontinence Adult Pull Up Underwear during a long road trip, and here's my real take on them.
First off, the comfort level is impressive. The stretchable waistband doesn't dig in at all, even after hours of sitting in the car. They're surprisingly soft and well-padded - you can tell they designed these with actual wearability in mind, not just functionality.
The absorbency claims hold up. While I thankfully didn't need their full capacity (phew!), I did some water absorption tests at home. These handled 3 cups of liquid without leaking - way better than other brands I've tried that start weeping at 2 cups. The moisture-wicking lining kept me dry even when testing with smaller amounts.
For active use, they stay securely in place during movement. I wore them while doing yard work (just to test) and didn't experience any shifting or bunching. The leg cuffs create a great seal without being tight.
My only complaint? The packaging options are weird - you either get a tiny 2-pack or commit to a huge 60-pack. A mid-size option would be perfect for regular users who don't need bulk quantities.
After testing multiple scenarios - from long drives to physical activity - I'd confidently recommend these to anyone needing reliable protection. They're discreet under clothing and actually comfortable enough to forget you're wearing them... until you need them.
