Okay, so I was skeptical at first - this book looks like it belongs in a kid's backpack, not a soldier's gear. But two months in? Holy smokes, the results speak for themselves!
The beauty is in its simplicity. No fancy gym equipment needed - just good ol' pushups, situps and running. CPT Kind cuts through all the fitness BS and gives you exactly what works for military PT tests.
My favorite part? The 'just do more of what you're testing on' approach. Sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people (including me before this) waste time on complicated routines that don't actually improve test scores.
Only gripe - the illustrations look like they were done by the author's kindergarten kid during arts and crafts time. But hey, if crayon doodles are the price for maxing my PT test, I'll take it!
Seriously though, whether you're struggling to pass or trying to max out, this little book delivers big results. My platoon thought I was cheating when my scores jumped so fast!
