Just got my hands on the HBN Smart Plug 2-pack, and here's my honest take!

THE GOOD: Love the dual outlets with independent control—perfect for my lamps and humidifier. Voice control via Alexa is a game-changer, especially when I'm too lazy to reach for my phone. The timer function is clutch for automating my Christmas lights.

THE BAD: Setup was a NIGHTMARE. The app instructions might as well be hieroglyphics, and the 2.4GHz-only requirement had me wrestling with my router settings. Had to reset one plug three times before it finally connected.

PRO TIP: If the blue light won't flash during setup, unplug it, count to 10, and try again while standing on one foot (kidding... but seriously, persistence pays off).

Overall? Works great once you survive the installation Hunger Games. Would buy again—but only when they're on sale.
