First off, delivery was spot on. No waiting around wondering when it would show up. And get this - it started making ice right out of the box! No weird setup or waiting period.

This is actually our second unit (yes, we loved the first one so much we literally used it to death). That should tell you something about how good these machines are.

BUT... (there's always a but, right?) Our new one arrived with some battle scars. The front cover was damaged and the right side plastic is broken. It still works perfectly fine, just doesn't look as pretty as it should.

Honestly? Even with the cosmetic issues, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The ice production is insane (420 lbs!) and those soft, chewable nuggets are worth every penny.
