Okay, so I finally caved and bought this linen bread bag after seeing it all over baking forums. And wow - it's even better than I expected!

The sage green color is so pretty in my kitchen. It looks way more expensive than it actually is. The linen feels super sturdy but still has that nice natural texture.

What really surprised me was how well it keeps my sourdough fresh. I used to use plastic wrap (so wasteful!) but now my bread stays perfect for days in this bag. The PEVA lining seems to work magic at keeping the right amount of moisture in.

Cleaning is a breeze too - just toss it in the wash when needed. No more sticky plastic wrap disasters!

The bowl cover has been great for proofing too. Fits all my mixing bowls perfectly with the elastic edge. My only complaint? Now I want one in every color!
