Okay, so I finally caved and bought Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning after seeing it ALL over TikTok. And wow, it did NOT disappoint!
The smoky chipotle flavor is just *chef's kiss* – not too spicy, not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. I've been putting it on literally everything: grilled chicken (game changer), roasted veggies (bye-bye bland broccoli), and even sprinkled some on my avocado toast this morning (no regrets).
What I love most is how versatile it is. Made a killer dry rub for ribs last weekend, and last night I mixed it into sour cream for the best damn chipotle dip ever. My husband – who normally just salts everything – is suddenly acting like a gourmet chef experimenting with this stuff.
Also huge bonus points for being sugar-free and low sodium. As someone trying to eat healthier, it's awesome to have a seasoning that actually tastes good without all the junk.
Only downside? Now I want to buy ALL the Dan-O's flavors...my spice rack might need an intervention soon.
