Okay, so I've been using this L'Occitane shower cream for about a month now, and here's the real tea ☕
First off - that SHEA BUTTER THO. My skin feels like a baby's butt after every shower. No joke. It's like someone wrapped me in a cashmere blanket made of moisture.
The scent? Subtle but fancy. Not that overpowering perfume smell that gives you a headache. Just a whisper of luxury that makes you feel like you're in some French spa (even if you're actually in your tiny apartment bathroom).
BUT... why doesn't it lather much? Like at all? It's more like rubbing moisturizer on your body than traditional soap. Takes some getting used to, ngl.
Also PSA: The pump is whack. Mine just spins around uselessly while I'm standing there wet and naked trying to get product out. Had to MacGyver it with an old pump from another bottle.
Would I repurchase? Probably - when it's on sale. At full price I might cry while checking out, but my lizard-dry winter skin does love it so...
