Let me start by saying this sweatshirt has been my go-to for casual weekends. The fleece lining is ridiculously soft - like wearing a hug. I've worn mine while working from home, running errands, and even on chilly morning walks with my dog.
The fit surprised me. I usually wear medium in tees but sized up to large based on reviews, and it's perfect for that slightly oversized look I wanted. The sleeves are just long enough to do that cute thumb-hole thing when I'm really cold.
After about five washes (I always use cold water and hang dry), I'm noticing some minor pilling under the arms where my backpack rubs. The color (I got the heather gray) has held up well though, no fading yet.
Here's the thing - it's not the warmest sweatshirt out there. On truly cold days (below 40°F), I need to layer it with a jacket. But for fall weather or indoor wear, it's ideal. The neckline is comfortable - not too tight like some crewnecks can be.
The stitching has held up well except for one loose thread at the hem that was easy to trim. For the price point, I think it's solid value if you want a basic, comfy sweatshirt that looks decent enough for quick outings.
