Let me start by saying I really wanted to like these glasses. The specs sounded perfect - leaded glass, anti-reflective coating, fog-free tech. As someone who works in radiology, I need reliable protection.
The first month was great. They were lightweight like advertised, and the AR coating did reduce glare noticeably during long procedures. The satin black frame looked professional too.
Then disaster struck - a lens cracked from what seemed like normal use. No drops, no impacts. When I contacted support about the unexpected breakage, they quoted me $150+ for a single replacement lens! That's nearly the price of a new pair.
What shocked me most was learning there's zero warranty on what's marketed as professional safety equipment. For glasses that claim ANSI certification, this durability issue is concerning.
While they do provide good radiation protection when intact, I can't recommend them knowing how fragile they are and how expensive replacements are. There are better options out there that stand behind their products with warranties.
