Okay, so I just finished reading this 'Holistic Approach' book and... it's a mixed bag.
The info about using essential oils for ADHD symptoms is actually pretty solid - learned some new lavender and peppermint oil combos I'm excited to try. The bath salt recipes seem legit too.
BUT here's the tea ☕️... The writing style made my ADHD brain want to scream. Soooo dry and repetitive! Like reading a textbook from 1982.
Pro tip to author: Maybe add some colorful diagrams? Personal stories? Literally anything to make it less snooze-worthy?
Final verdict: Good info buried under layers of boredom. Would I recommend? Only if you've got serious patience (or really good meds).
