Okay, so I've been through like 4 bags of these Serenity Kids puffs now. My little munchkin (9 months) goes CRAZY for them - like full-on baby rave when she sees the bag. The carrot & beet flavor? Surprisingly not terrible (yes I taste-tested, don't judge).
What I dig:
- They actually dissolve fast unlike some other puffs that turn into weird paste. No choking hazard win!
- Ingredients list reads like my Whole Foods shopping list - organic this, fair trade that. Makes me feel less guilty about snack time.
- Perfect size for tiny fingers learning to grab stuff. My coffee table is now permanently orange from all the dropped puffs though.
The not-so-awesome:
- Price tag hurts my soul a bit. Like $6 for what feels like air? Come on.
- Saw some heavy metal drama online which freaked me out. Did some research and seems most root veggies have this issue? Still sketchy though.
Overall? Would buy again but maybe not as everyday snack. Also secretly eat them when baby isn't looking...shhh.
