The GOOD: The 6.5ft cord is legit long enough to reach my awkward dorm bed setup. USB ports actually charge my phone crazy fast (when they work). Safety doors give me peace of mind since my little cousin visits sometimes.

The BAD: The "universal" claim? Not so much. My UK plugs keep popping out unless I tape them down (seriously!). And that one angry European student's review wasn't lying - the spring mechanism wears out fast if you switch plugs often.
