As someone who adores their Cuisinart bread machine, I was excited to dive into this cookbook. However, my experience has been a mixed bag.

The promise of 1200 days of baking bliss sounded amazing, but many recipes produce dense loaves that just don't live up to expectations. It's frustrating when you follow instructions carefully and the results aren't what you hoped for.
