The battery life is a standout feature. A single charge lasts a full 12-hour shift, and each radio having its own charging dock eliminates the hassle of sharing. The built-in flashlight isn’t blinding, but it’s saved us during nighttime power outages.

That said, the earpieces are flimsy. One started fraying after just two days of use, and others randomly fall apart—I’ve resorted to glue fixes. Worse? The occasional electric shock from the earpiece keeps things... thrilling.

For discreet retail use, they falter: whispers don’t transmit well. But clipped to a shirt? Perfect. And while the antenna bends awkwardly on belts, replacement options exist (thankfully!).
