As someone who's tried multiple incontinence products for my elderly mom, these FitRight briefs stand out. The first thing I noticed was how soft the interior feels - no rough edges that could irritate sensitive skin during all-day wear.
The absorbency is impressive. Even after a full bladder release (we've all been there!), leakage was minimal compared to other brands. That patented 4D Core really works - I could see the wetness indicator change color, taking the guesswork out of changing times.
About sizing: they do run small. My mom is petite (110lbs) and the small fits snugly. If your loved one is between sizes or prefers more room, definitely size up. The repositionable tabs are genius - we could adjust for the perfect fit without losing adhesion.
For active users: while super absorbent, they're a bit bulky under clothes. Great for nighttime or less mobile users, but might feel awkward for someone very active. The breathable side panels help with comfort though.
At this price point, they outperform many hospital-grade options we've tried. We alternate between these and premium brands, but these often work just as well for daily use without breaking the bank.
