The good: When they work, they're fantastic. The strips gave me consistent readings that matched my doctor's office results. I especially appreciated how quickly they absorbed blood - no more waiting awkwardly with my finger pressed against the strip. The price point through Subscribe & Save was unbeatable compared to pharmacy prices.

However... My third order was a nightmare. The strips arrived incompatible with my CVS meter despite previous orders working fine. Customer service was shockingly unhelpful - the manufacturer literally hung up on me! I had to go through Amazon's return process instead.

Pro tip: Double-check compatibility before ordering. These seem to work well with Presto meters (got mine for under $15) but can be finicky with other brands. The tab orientation varies between models - mine needed right-side cuts but received left.

Bottom line? When you get the right strips for your meter, they're accurate and affordable. But quality control and customer service need serious improvement. I'll keep using them... but only when I can verify compatibility first-hand.
