Okay, so I took a chance on these Grunyia artificial flowers after my real plants kept dying (RIP to my wallet and gardening dreams). Here's the real tea:
First impression? They actually look pretty darn realistic from a distance! The colors are vibrant and the texture is surprisingly good. I mixed them with some real plants in my window boxes and my neighbor totally fell for it - hilarious!
The UV resistance claim gets a mixed review from me. Some colors held up great in full sun, but others faded faster than my summer tan. Pro tip: maybe rotate them occasionally if they're in direct sunlight all day.
Size-wise, they're not as full as the product photos suggest. I expected more volume, but they still work well when clustered together. The stems are flexible though, which makes arranging them super easy.
Biggest win? The deer in my neighborhood won't touch them! Finally found something that survives both weather AND wildlife. That alone might make these worth it for me.
Would I buy again? Probably - but maybe not all color varieties. They're perfect for spots where nothing grows or when you need reliable color later in the season.
