Okay, so I've been using this slant board for about a month now and WOW - game changer for my tight runner calves!
The adjustable angles are perfect because I can start gentle (15°) when I'm feeling stiff and crank it up to 35° when I want that deep burn. The wood feels super sturdy - no creaks or wobbles even when I'm really leaning into stretches.
Major shoutout to the anti-slip surface! No more awkward foot sliding during downward dog calf stretches. The silicone strips on bottom keep the whole thing planted too.
Only tiny complaint? The lower angle settings don't lock as securely as the higher ones. But honestly, I mostly use the steeper angles anyway for maximum stretch.
Bonus points: It folds flat so it tucks nicely behind my couch when not in use. Way better than using random stairs or walls for stretching!
