Okay, so I've been using this blue light screen protector for about two weeks now, and wow - what a difference! As someone who stares at screens for 10+ hours daily (hello, remote work life), my eyes used to feel like sandpaper by 3pm. Not anymore!

The hanging design is GENIUS. No sticky residue, no complicated installation. Just pop it on top of my monitor like a tiny hat. It fits perfectly on my 24" Dell monitor even though the actual filter is slightly smaller (21.2" x 12.6").

PROS:
- Legit reduces eye strain (I can actually make it to dinner without looking like I've been crying)
- Doesn't distort colors like some blue light glasses do

CONS:
- There's a slight glare if you have bright overhead lighting
- Makes your screen look slightly yellow at first (you get used to it fast)

Bonus: The company has amazing customer service according to other reviews (haven't needed it myself). For under $30? Absolute steal compared to what I've spent on eye drops this year alone.
