Okay, so I finally caved and bought this mint green egg cooker after seeing it everywhere - and OMG why didn't I get this sooner?!

First off, it's SO easy to use. Just fill the little measuring cup to the line (they even mark soft/medium/hard), pour it in, pop in your eggs and press the button. No more guessing water levels or timing!

The auto shut-off is genius - no more overcooked eggs or kitchen disasters when I get distracted (which is always). And can we talk about how perfectly peelable these eggs are? Like magic!

I'm obsessed with how compact it is. Fits perfectly in my tiny apartment kitchen, but still cooks 7 eggs at once. Plus that retro mint color is just *chef's kiss*

Bonus discovery: You can steam veggies in this thing too! Made perfect asparagus while cooking eggs yesterday. Two breakfast sides with zero effort.

Only warning - take the eggs out right after cooking unless you want them extra hard. Learned that the hard way (pun intended).
