Okay, I NEVER thought I'd be writing a rave review about shapewear. Like, ever. But here we are.

First off - this thing is MAGIC for posture. I've got the posture of a question mark thanks to an old back injury, and this vest actually makes me stand up straight without constant nagging from my chiropractor.

The adjustable straps are genius - I've got mine on the longest setting and it's comfy enough to wear during workouts (though putting it on is a whole workout itself - pro tip: hold the hook still and pull the eye to it).

Shockingly good breast support too? Like hello? My girls haven't been this perky since high school.

Size note: I'm usually size 8-10 pants/36-38B bra and took a Large. Started on second hook row - not sure if I'm shrinking or it's stretching but either way, we're winning.

Bonus: Wearing this makes me feel like a fancy Victorian lady getting laced into her corset... but with way more sweat involved.
