Okay, so I've been using these Eyekepper blue light blockers for about two weeks now, and here's the tea ☕.
First off, they DO fit over my regular glasses (barely). The frames are a bit chunky, so I feel like I'm wearing safety goggles at a sci-fi convention. Not exactly a fashion statement, but hey - my eyeballs don't feel like they've been microwaved after 8 hours of Zoom calls anymore.
The amber tint is STRONG. Like 'permanent sunset' strong. At first it messed with my color perception (goodbye yellow highlights in Excel), but after a day my brain adjusted. Now when I take them off, real life looks weirdly blue!
Comfort-wise? Surprisingly good! They're lightweight and don't pinch my nose like some other brands did. Though if you have a smaller face or narrow glasses, these might be too wide - some light sneaks in around the edges for me.
Bonus points: Comes with both a hard case and soft pouch (which I immediately lost) plus cleaning cloth. Would I wear these to a business meeting? Absolutely not. Are they saving my sleep cycle from doomscrolling? 100% yes.
