The assembly was straightforward, though the instructions could’ve been clearer. Pro tip: The included M8 concrete anchors need a metric masonry drill bit. A 1/2" drill is way too big (learned that the hard way). If you can’t find the right bit, just grab different anchors to avoid frustration.

Love the dual cross-bar design—it’s rock-solid once installed. My only gripe? No spacers for the U-shaped cross arms, so tightening the bolts made the metal bend slightly. A minor fix with some washers, but it’d be nice if they were included.

Noise reduction is a win! The rubber pads really cut down on vibrations. Installation hardware is all stainless (nice touch), but double-check your unit’s size—larger condensers might need extra adjustments.
