First impressions? These shoes look way more expensive than they actually are. The leather has a nice satin sheen (not overly shiny) and the brogue detailing adds a touch of sophistication. Definitely office-ready but also stylish enough for a night out.
The comfort level is a solid 8/10. The dual-density footbed and GT Gel insole make a noticeable difference—no more ‘suffering through the workday’ in stiff dress shoes. The gel heel feels odd at first but you get used to it fast.
Sizing tip: If you have wide feet like me, go up a half size. I normally wear an 11 but grabbed a 12, and they fit snug without pinching. No wide sizes available, so plan accordingly.
Durability seems promising after a month of wear. The rubber soles have great traction, and the leather is breaking in nicely. Only downside? They can’t be resoled, so longevity might depend on how hard you wear them.
Final verdict: A fantastic value for the price. Not quite ‘luxury department store’ tier, but closer than anything else I’ve tried under $150. Already planning to buy another pair in brown!
