Okay, so I just got my hands on this '100 Most Collectible Cars' book and wow - it's exactly as advertised!
The photos are STUNNING. Like glossy magazine-level quality that makes me want to lick the pages (don't worry, I won't). You can practically smell the leather interiors through the pictures.
What I didn't expect was how much backstory they include for each car. We're talking juicy historical tidbits about famous owners, racing history, and even some wild production stories. Did you know one Ferrari model only exists because Enzo lost a bet?
The selection seems pretty legit too - all the usual suspects (Shelbys, Bugattis) plus some curveballs I'd never heard of. Now I have new dream cars to obsess over. Thanks a lot, book.
Only complaint? It's heavy enough to use as a wheel chock for an actual classic car. But hey, quality comes with weight!
