Okay, so I finally installed this upfitter switch kit in my 2015 F350, and here's the real tea ☕
First off - YES it works perfectly fine despite not being OEM. Saved me like $200 compared to dealership prices. The switches feel solid and click nicely, no cheap plasticky nonsense here.
BUT (and this is a big but) you better have YouTube ready because there's ZERO instructions included. Like c'mon guys, at least throw in a basic wiring diagram? Had to watch like three different installation videos before I felt confident enough to start.
The actual installation? Not gonna lie - fishing those wires through the dash had me inventing new swear words 🤬 Ford really didn't make this easy for aftermarket installs. Pro tip: get yourself some trim removal tools beforehand.
Biggest annoyance? They didn't include the damn screws for the relay box! Had to scavenge some from my garage. For the price, they could've tossed in $0.50 worth of hardware.
After everything was said and done though? Works like a charm! All four switches control my light bars and air compressor perfectly. Just be prepared for some DIY frustration along the way.
Final verdict: 4/5 stars - does what it promises but bring your patience and basic mechanical skills!
