I've been using the TaoBary Vintage Stationery Set for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a charming product that brings joy to my letter-writing routine. The nature-inspired designs are absolutely gorgeous - much prettier in person than in photos! My favorite patterns are the delicate ferns and butterflies, which add a lovely vintage touch to my correspondence.
The paper quality is decent for the price point. While it's slightly thinner than premium stationery, I found it holds ink well without bleeding through. The double-sided lined format is perfect for longer letters, though I do wish the spacing between lines was a bit tighter for my small handwriting.
Where this set really shines is in presentation. The matching envelopes make each letter feel like a special gift, and I love how they coordinate perfectly with the paper designs. However, be warned about the envelope adhesive - it's practically non-existent! I've had to use tape on every single one, which is disappointing.
The included dot stickers feel like an afterthought. They're cute but somewhat unnecessary since they don't add much value to the set. I would have preferred thicker paper instead of these stickers.
For creative uses beyond letters, these papers work wonderfully in junk journals and scrapbooking projects. The vintage newspaper-style designs are particularly great for mixed media art.
At this price point, you're getting good value with 50 sheets and envelopes plus extras. While not perfect (mainly due to the thin paper and bad envelope glue), it's still one of the prettiest stationery sets I've found for casual correspondence and creative projects.
