First off, the compression is NO joke. I wore this under a bodycon dress for a date night and felt like a whole new person. My waist? Snatched. My butt? Lifted like it got a pep talk. The fabric is surprisingly soft too – not that cheap, scratchy stuff.

BUT (and this is a big but) sizing is TRICKY. I’m 5’3” and 140lbs – got a Medium based on reviews saying to size down, but honey… I was STRUGGLING to zip it up the first time. Once it’s on though? Magic. Just be ready to play tug-of-war with the zipper.

The open bust design is genius for wearing with different outfits, and those removable straps saved my life when I needed to adjust for comfort. That said – if you’re taller than 5’5”, maybe skip this one. My friend who’s 5’7” tried mine and said it kept rolling down on her.

Final verdict? For $30-something bucks, it does what expensive shapewear does… as long as you survive the break-in period! Would buy again (in black next time – white shows EVERYTHING).
