Let me start by saying I had high hopes for the Auberlya 12U cabinet - the specs looked decent on paper, but reality hit hard during assembly. The thin sheet metal flexes if you just look at it wrong, making me question its durability from minute one.
The installation was a comedy of errors. The instructions might as well have been for a different product entirely, and half the hardware either didn't fit or was missing. I actually had screw heads pull straight through the metal - that's how flimsy this thing is.
Mobility? Sure, the wheels work... when they're not getting stuck because the frame bends under minimal weight. And that 'lockable door' feature? More like a suggestion of security - any determined person could probably sneeze this cabinet open.
The cable management is practically non-existent. I spent more time trying to route power cables through non-existent openings than actually organizing my gear. The shelf feels like an afterthought, barely supporting lightweight equipment without sagging.
Honestly, unless you're storing feather-light equipment in a zero-gravity environment, I can't recommend this cabinet. It's one of those 'you get what you pay for' situations where even the low price isn't quite low enough to justify the compromises.
